The currents are normally gentle enough because the shelter that protects it. But the water temperature is something that will be unpredictable. The temperature could drop below the 20oC only in few meters deep. The currents also sometimes could be unpredictable and need to watch out. These places in indeed have their own obstacles to get through, mostly due to its strong current. However, the scenery inside will definitely make your jaw drop, wanting to explore more and more.
